Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the County Administrator, 204 South Fifth Street, P.O. Box 8608 Mankato, MN until 11:30 A.M. on Monday July 6, 2015 at which time the bids will be open. The bids will be considered by the County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday July 7, 2015, for the following improvements:

Proposals, plans and special provisions are on file at the County Engineer’s office, 35 Map Drive, P.O. Box 3083, Mankato, MN 56002-3083. Plans may be downloaded at no cost at or can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 (sales tax included). See the above website for a plan holders list and a complete listing of bid items.

A certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than 5% of the amount of each proposal must accompany the bid, payable to the Blue Earth County Treasurer.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond.
