Proposals, plans and special provisions are on file at the County Engineer’s office, 35 Map Drive, P.O. Box 3083, Mankato, MN 56002-3083. Plans may be downloaded at no cost at or can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 (sales tax included). See the above website for a plan holders list and a complete listing of bid items.

A certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than 5% of the amount of each proposal must accompany the bid, payable to the Blue Earth County Treasurer. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond. Please identify on the front of the sealed envelope, “CP 826 – BID ENCLOSED”.
